Job summary

Location3 in Denver is seeking a Talent Coordinator for an entry-level role working with the Director of Finance and Administration. You will help move hiring, craft postings, and support onboarding in a flexible Denver-based remote setup with occasional Glendale in-person collaboration.

The role offers exposure to HR, recruiting, and people operations with a path to growth. Base salary is competitive with bonus eligibility and benefits.

Qualifications

• Entry level with 1–2 years in human resources, recruiting coordination or administrative support.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn.
• BreezyHR familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting coordination: Interview scheduling, candidate communication, ATS records, and follow-up with hiring managers.
• Job descriptions and postings: Keep descriptions current, post to career site, ATS, LinkedIn and job boards, and convert to candidate-facing postings.
• Interview process administration: Scheduling across candidate and interviewer calendars, logistics, and timely feedback follow-up.
• Offer, pre-employment and onboarding support: Offer letters, background and reference checks, new hire docs, and first-day readiness.
• HR and administrative support: Reporting on open roles, pipeline status and onboarding progress, and handling confidential information.
