Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a People Practices Partner to align workforce strategies with business goals and lead employee relations, talent management, and organizational development across a large-scale mega/mobility project. This on-site role requires partnering with project leadership and HR Advisors to drive engagement and capability building.

The successful candidate will coach, develop, and implement People Practices programs, ensuring consistent policy application and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

Partners with leaders to execute People Practices strategies supporting engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience.
Provides guidance to coaches on employee relations matters, partnering with Workplace Services on complex situations.
Supports succession planning, career development, and performance processes aligned with business needs.
Leads implementation of culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives within the organization served.
Coaches and develops People Practices Advisor(s) to build capability and consistency.
Collaborates with Centers of Excellence and People Operations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of practices.
Uses People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness.
