Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an on-site Director, HR Advisory in Mountain View, CA (with Chicago, IL as another location). The role leads HR Advisory programs, partners with business leaders, and elevates the employee experience across the lifecycle—from onboarding to performance reviews and promotions.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in HR partner work, a Bachelor's in HR, and strong facilitation and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR partner role.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Leadership and facilitation experience in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Act as local delivery experts of JLL's HR strategy and ensure alignment with global policies.
• Provide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training and advisory support.
• Support assigned employee groups during transition, expansion and stabilization of new business.
• Cultivate relationships with local employees and People Partners to serve as the primary HR touchpoint on the ground.
• Execute HR tasks to drive efficiencies across the employee lifecycle.
