LaSalle Network is partnering with a high-growth insurance leader in Chicago to hire a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. This on-site role supports a 500+ employee organization and drives day-to-day, high-impact HR partnership from frontline to senior leadership.

You will lead employee relations, succession planning, talent reviews, and organizational effectiveness while collaborating with finance for workforce planning and investment discussions. Travel ~25% initially.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience handling employee relations and investigations.
• Experience in regulated/financial services environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align people strategy with business goals for a 500+ employee org.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, coaching, and sensitive terminations.
• Manage complex investigations and executive-level ER matters.
