Job summary

Worldwide TechServices, LLC is seeking a Dynamic PC Support specialist to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting and provide direct client support. The role involves on-site visits, handling service calls, and ensuring timely resolution with adherence to client guidelines.

The position requires a technical school certification with 0–2 years of relevant experience and a valid driver's license. Certifications must be maintained as directed by management.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent with 0–2 years of experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within the established SLA for each client.
• Meet established customer service criteria as outlined in guidelines.
• Complete administrative tasks for each call as documented.
• Complete real-time reporting of all calls as documented.
• Follow policies and guidelines relating to successful service delivery.
• Ensure control of assets and inventory through prompt turnaround of parts and equipment.
• Report all activity in an accurate and timely manner.
• Understand all safety policies and guidelines and work within them.
• Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
