Job summary

Worldwide TechServices is seeking a Dynamic PC Support technician to perform desktop and laptop troubleshooting, interact with clients, and support desk-side applications and infrastructure. The role involves on-site visits, timely issue resolution, and adherence to service guidelines.

The position requires technical schooling, up to two years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and OEM certifications.

Qualifications

• Technical school certification or equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with insurance are required.
• Maintain OEM certifications as directed by management.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Answer client questions professionally.
• Accept and deliver all service calls within SLA.
• Meet customer service criteria per guidelines.
• Complete all admin tasks per policies and guidelines.
• Submit real-time reporting of all calls as required.
• Follow established policies and documents for service delivery.
• Ensure assets/inventory are controlled through timely turnover of parts.
• Report all activity accurately and promptly.
• Understand and follow safety policies and guidelines.
