Job summary

Dexian seeks an IT Asset Provisioning Specialist to support staff in Washington, DC. The role focuses on provisioning PCs, imaging, and device setup, while ensuring SLA adherence and asset accuracy. You will coordinate with analysts and manage weekly reporting metrics.

Preferred candidates have 2+ years in IT customer service, asset management, and strong Windows/Office 365 familiarity. On-site duties required five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of IT customer service and asset management experience.
• Experience provisioning and supporting PCs for staff.
• Experience with Windows OS and productivity tools (Outlook, Teams, M365).

Responsibilities

• Assign ServiceNow requests and related tasks to Analysts while maintaining SLA and OKR.
• Unbox, image, box and provision PC devices to all staff.
• Schedule appointments with staff and confirm first-day provisioning is complete (email, Office, biometrics, apps).
• Scan equipment, image PCs, deliver and set up requests.
• Monitor provisioning queue and minimize pending tickets per person.
• Ensure all requests follow provisioning policies and guidelines.
• Validate asset management systems for accuracy (physical and digital).
• Follow processes provided by Team Lead and perform QA checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Provide weekly statistics to Team Lead on request.
