Job summary

Northrop Grumman seeks a PC Network Support Technician to provide on-site IT support at Palmdale, CA. The role includes equipment relocation, ticketing, and user assistance within a classified environment.

Qualified candidates will have Security+ or higher, a current DoD Secret clearance, and experience with Windows, AD, and remote deployment methods. A strong team player with excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have Security+ certification or greater.
• Current DoD Secret level security clearance at minimum.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tickets for all support incidents with timely updates.
• Relocate workstations and install/configure equipment to resume operations with minimal disruption.
• Provide basic diagnostics and analyze problems using historical records.
• Resolve technical problems by telephone for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Use Active Directory to manage user/computer accounts and perform password resets.
