Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 4 to support information system lifecycle activities at our San Diego, CA site. The role requires leading a small team, providing technical guidance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction while adhering to security policies.

The candidate should have 6+ years of experience or equivalent, be able to obtain a Secret clearance, and be proficient with Windows, Active Directory, and network fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems, Active Directory, LAN/WAN networking, and Microsoft Office Product Suites.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Security+ certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and support for computers and networks; coach a team of PC Network Support Technicians.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Coordinate with service desk, server admins, network engineers, and IT/Cyber management.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and collaborate with system administrators.
