Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior Executive PC Support Technician to deliver IT and desktop support for top executives at the Palmdale site. The role requires handling high-profile issues with tact, performing software fixes, and maintaining travel IT equipment on-site.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in executive IT support, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance. Travel to additional campus buildings may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 2+ years IT experience or Associate’s with 4+ years or HS diploma with 6+ years IT experience.
4+ years of technical support in PC desktop or help desk roles supporting large user populations (500+).
Experience supporting corporate executives or senior leadership.
Ability to handle high-profile situations with tact and composure.
Must obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
Experience with ServiceNow Incident Tracking and Trouble Ticketing.
Proficiency with Windows 11, M365, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
Experience with hardware components and MECM tools.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support for executive offices, desktops, mobile devices, and travel IT equipment.
Diagnose and fix IT software issues, including Microsoft 365 applications.
Willingness to work at multiple Palmdale sites as needed.
Set up and maintain conference rooms and A/V equipment.
