• Responds to employee questions regarding payroll.
• Maintains employee profiles and time/attendance records.
• Processes year-end filings for payroll.
• Reviews and processes accounts payable invoices for accuracy.
• Reconciles vendor statements and ensures timely payments.
• Prepares bank reconciliations and maintains records.
