• 2+ years of accounts payable and payroll experience
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook

• Willingness to learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Track payments and expenditures including payroll, invoices and statements
• Maintain payroll data and update employee information or benefits
• Calculate payroll liabilities and employer tax payments
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee queries
• Prepare paychecks and verify expense reports
• Reconcile system entries and balances
• Process vendor payments and handle vendor inquiries
• Produce monthly account analyses and reports
• Manage due invoices and ensure timely payments
• Ensure bills and payroll are paid accurately per procedures
• Perform accounts payable using accounting software
