Responsibilities

• Perform admitting duties for all patients admitted for services at the hospital.
• Collect insurance information, verify details, and provide patient instructions with compassionate service.
• Assist with pre-registration, explain consent forms, and distribute patient education documents.
• Support POS and billing processes by reviewing eligibility and insurance data to help achieve a clean claim rate.
