You will manage data entry, collect insurance information, and explain consent forms while maintaining accuracy and regulatory compliance.

This on-site role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with POS tools and ABN software.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Openness to innovation including AI to improve processes and patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Assign accurate MRNs and complete medical necessity/compliance checks with proper patient instructions.
• Operate the telephone switchboard for calls and maintain excellent customer service with compassion.
• Achieve point-of-service goals and audit accounts for accuracy and timeliness.
• Pre-register patient accounts and collect demographic, insurance, and financial information.
• Explain consent forms and distribute patient education documents to patients and guardians.
• Review insurance eligibility and apply correct plan codes to support POS and billing.
• Screen Medicare patients for ABN and communicate potential non-payment when applicable.
