Qualifications

• CRCR certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid).
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Inquisitive with openness to innovation including AI.

Responsibilities

• Admit patients and assign MRNs, collect demographics and insurance information.
• Verify insurance details and process pre-registration workflows.
• Explain consent forms and obtain signatures as required.
• Support POS collections and billing processes with accuracy.
