Job summary

pc/nametag is seeking a positive, detail‑oriented Help Desk Technician for a permanent on-site, part-time role (25 hours/week). You will troubleshoot day‑to‑day IT issues, set up hardware and software, support new employees, document processes, and coordinate with external vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or relevant coursework/certs, or equivalent hands-on IT experience.
• 2 years of Help Desk/IT support experience.
• On-site schedule approx. 25 hours/week, Mon–Thu, 6-hour days preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle IT support requests from contact to resolution or escalation.
• Provide in-person, email, and Teams support for employees.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, printers, and other day-to-day IT issues.
