Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; technology degree or certification is a plus.
• Related helpdesk or IT experience is a plus.
• General PC usage knowledge; intermediate Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, phone and email etiquette, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from stores and corporate users about technical or operational issues.
• Document tasks via ITSM/CSM platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Address inquiries concerning store operations.
• Escalate issues as needed and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Verify daily sales data from stores.
