Job summary

Flash seeks a part-time IT Help Desk Technician to support onboarding, device imaging, and IT asset management for a fast-paced environment. You'll maintain hardware and cloud tools, with flexible hours and opportunities to grow technical skills.

You will work at the Austin HQ with occasional visits to the Dripping Springs warehouse, handling Windows, macOS, and iOS devices while supporting Google Workspace and O365 environments.

Qualifications

• Experience Imaging and deploying devices (Windows/Mac)
• Familiarity with cloud-based IT systems and identity tools
• Experience supporting a mixed-device environment (Windows, macOS, iOS)
• Knowledge of IT asset management and lifecycle processes
• Understanding of ticketing systems and IT support workflows

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and offboarding requests, including provisioning and decommissioning hardware and software
• Image, deploy, and configure new devices for employees
• Handle IT asset logistics via ticketing system (shipping/receiving equipment domestically and internationally)
• Administer and support internal tools such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft O365
• Provide support for Windows machines, MacBooks, and iPads
• Decommission out-of-warranty equipment and coordinate recycling efforts
• Partner with vendors for warranty-related hardware support
• Maintain and manage IT inventory, including tracking assets and stock levels
• Keep asset management systems up to date to support budgeting, refresh cycles, and audits
• Assist the IT team with ongoing and new projects
