Job summary

Crafty seeks on-site Food & Beverage Associates to lead client-facing pantry operations at Bay Area client sites. You will manage merchandising, stock rotations, and routine equipment maintenance while delivering exceptional service.

This full-time, hourly role requires weekday availability with early shifts starting at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM. Compensation is $24 per hour, plus benefits like healthcare, 401k, PTO, and parental leave. Snacks and a dynamic team culture are also provided.

• Maintenance + Inventory: perform routine machine maintenance, quality checks, inventory tasks.
• Communication: share updates with manager and site contacts, complete paperwork.
