Job summary

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program in Bellevue, WA. They lead client-site execution, supporting merchandising, inventory management and equipment upkeep to ensure a premium on-site experience.

This full-time hourly role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PT, with responsibilities spanning client interaction, stock rotation, machine maintenance, and accurate pre/post route paperwork.

Qualifications

• Client needs and preferences understood; eager and patient in interactions.
• Clear, accurate verbal and written communication.
• Operations run smoothly and efficiently, following best practices.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices, manage pantries, rotate stock and check expirations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite and deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: perform routine maintenance on machines, conduct quality checks, manage inventory.
