Job summary

Crafty is seeking an Associate in Bellevue, WA to lead on-site pantry operations for our Food & Beverage team. You will merchandise client kitchens, manage inventory, and perform routine maintenance on machines, while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm PT, and requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong communication and teamwork skills. Compensation starts at $20/hour with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Own client offices and storage areas, perform expiration checks and rotations.
• Customer Service: Engage with clients and Crafty team on-site to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: Service machines, perform quality checks, manage inventory and budget tasks.
• Communication: Relay location needs and safety concerns; complete pre/post route paperwork.
