Job summary

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates in Bellevue, WA serve as the face of our on-site Concierge pantry program, ensuring client spaces are well-merchandised and inventory is maintained. This full-time hourly role supports one Bellevue client and operates 7:00am–4:00pm PT, Monday through Friday.

You will manage merchandising, customer service, equipment maintenance, and inventory tasks, collaborating with the Crafty team to deliver exceptional on-site experiences.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client offices, organize storage, perform expiration checks and rotations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients onsite and with Crafty team to provide high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: routine machine maintenance, quality checks, inventory and task lists.
• Communication: report location needs or safety concerns and complete pre/post route paperwork.
