Job summary

Crafty in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Food & Beverage Associate to own the on-site client experience, lead high-touch service delivery, and manage inventories and equipment at a major client site. This full-time hourly role requires keeping a high standard of hospitality, clear written updates, and proactive problem-solving across the shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcomes of the site and proactively problem-solve to improve efficiency and experience.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for product swaps, service chains, and budget discussions.
• Maintain client office kitchens & pantries, storage rooms, and inventory health; manage orders.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and complete quality checks; escalate issues clearly.
• Provide clear client recaps and budget communications to ensure a professional narrative.
