Job summary

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program in Seattle. The Associate leads client-site execution, supporting merchandising, inventory management and equipment upkeep with a high-energy, organized approach.

This full-time, weekday role runs 7:00am–4:00pm PT, onsite at the Seattle client, requiring excellent communication, reliability, collaboration and attention to detail to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Client obsessed with understanding and exceeding client needs
• Effective communicator across interpersonal, verbal, and written formats
• Operationally sound with focus on efficiency and standards
• Reliable with punctuality and consistent service
• Resilient, adaptable, and problem-solving under pressure
• Must be able to download the Crafty app on mobile
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Collaborative with a team to achieve shared goals
• Autonomy to act decisively and own site operations
• Attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client’s office kitchens and storage rooms with rotations and expiration checks
• Customer Service: engage with clients and Crafty team onsite delivering high-quality service
• Maintenance + Inventory: perform routine machine maintenance and inventory checks
• Communication: escalate location needs and complete pre/post route paperwork
