Job summary

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program. They lead client-site execution on a daily basis, supporting product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management.

This is a high-energy role for people who derive joy from a meticulously organized shelf and positive energy from being around people. The position is full-time, hourly, with shifts starting at 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, at a

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Own client kitchens & pantries, manage storage rooms, rotate products and check expirations.
• Customer Service: Engage with clients and Crafty team onsite to deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: Maintain machines (coffee, kegerators), quality checks, inventory tasks.
• Communication: Coordinate with manager and site contact, complete pre/post route paperwork.
