Job summary

Crafty’s Food & Beverage Associate II are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program, leading client-site execution, merchandising, and inventory management across client locations.

This high-energy role requires reliability and strong communication, with duties including equipment maintenance, quality checks, and coordinating with site teams. Availability Monday–Friday and early start times (6:00 AM or 7:00 AM) apply, with travel between locations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: own client kitchens and pantries, rotate and check expirations.
• Customer Service: engage with clients and Crafty team onsite, deliver high-quality service.
• Maintenance + Inventory: routine maintenance on machines, quality checks, inventory tasks.
• Communication: escalate location needs or safety concerns, complete route paperwork.
