Job summary

Packsize International is seeking a Machine Technician to install, configure and maintain equipment at customer facilities in Stockton, CA. The role requires problem-solving, start-up testing, and on-site training of customers on product capabilities and maintenance.

You will work Thursday to Sunday, travel as needed, and collaborate with R&D and Quality teams. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree, Vocational Training or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related area preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows platforms and basic Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tasks at customer sites.
• Troubleshoot issues using drawings and docs.
• Install Packsize solutions and train users.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency service.
• Operate machines and clear jams as needed.
