Electrical Automation Services in Glendale, AZ seeks an experienced Controls Engineer to provide on-site automation support for high-speed beverage lines. You will program and troubleshoot Allen-Bradley PLCs, mentor technicians, and collaborate with operations to improve reliability and throughput.

The role is a 12-hour, 2-2-3 day rotation with a competitive base salary and a 20% target annual bonus, plus relocation assistance for qualified candidates. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Formación

• Hands-on PLC programming and troubleshooting on high-speed production lines.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics and control drawings.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary on-shift controls expert for automated processing and packaging equipment.
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, VFD, servo, and network issues and restore production safely.
• Lead and implement controls projects to improve safety, quality and throughput.
• Mentor maintenance technicians and operators in controls best practices.
