Job summary

Alliance Orthopedics, Union, NJ, is hiring a Clinical Coordinator to support the orthopedic department. You will coordinate patient intake, medical records, and communications between patients and providers in a busy on-site clinic.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with EMR systems (CareCloud) along with a customer-focused approach to patient care. Bachelor's degree preferred and clinical/admin background in orthopedics is desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, healthcare setting experience advantageous.
• Experience handling administrative and clinical tasks in a medical office.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the orthopedic clinic, including patient intake and charting.
• Serve as liaison between patients, providers, and departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in EMR, compliant with privacy rules.
• Prepare patient charts and assist with writing patient notes; assist with light medical billing.
