Job summary

Pro-Vision is seeking an Order Management Specialist in Byron Center, MI to link customers with Sales, Operations, and Finance. You will ensure orders are entered correctly in the ERP system and managed through lifecycle stages, including RMAs and post-sale reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years in related fields, strong ERP/CRM experience and excellent communication. On-site position with emphasis on accuracy, efficiency, and cross-functional support.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in order management, customer service, supply chain, or administrative operations.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to document processes clearly.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to following procedures.
• Flexible to learn and support multiple roles across Finance and administration.

Responsibilities

• Order entry and procedures: review POs and enter sales orders in ERP per procedures.
• Account lifecycle management: manage orders from entry to completion and post-sale reporting.
• RMA processing: review returns and track RMAs to resolution.
• Finance partnership: resolve pricing, billing, and invoice discrepancies with Finance.
• Reporting: produce daily management reports on activity, backlog, and issues.
• Problem resolution: proactively resolve account issues and discrepancies.
• Cross-training: serve as backup for teammates during absences or peaks.
• Written procedures: create/update procedures for every task.
