Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary patient evaluations prior to exams.
• Conduct patient interviews to identify medical issues for the Optometrist.
• Schedule referrals and complete related paperwork.
• Maintain patient records in accordance with HIPAA and policies.
• Assist with diagnostic testing using specialty equipment as needed.
• Support EHR documentation and clerical duties.
