Job summary

Traba seeks a Customer On-Site to serve as the primary liaison between our workforce and the client’s on-site leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will manage onboarding, scheduling, and worker support, ensuring clear communication with site supervisors and Traba Ops, while coaching workers and upholding standards.

This role emphasizes professionalism, bilingual communication, and relationship-building to drive reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher degrees preferred.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.
• Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable with ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring updates and support. Serve as primary relationship owner with supervisors and site contacts.
• Coordinate worker onboarding, interviews, and start schedules; oversee onboarding end-to-end.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate on-site issues.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams with clear updates.
• Identify and flag worker performance concerns or site challenges early; handle incident management and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations, staffing coverage, and PPE distribution; manage shifts and schedules.
• Identify and drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
