Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site to serve as the main contact between Traba's workforce and the client's on-site leadership in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will manage onboarding, scheduling, worker support, and maintain clear communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers, ensuring timely updates, feedback, and support.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner with supervisors and key contacts at the facility.
• Facilitate worker onboarding, interviews, and scheduling for new hires; oversee vetting and onboarding end-to-end.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback on-site.
• Act as the bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams, communicating updates clearly.
• Identify and flag worker performance concerns or site challenges early and help resolve them.
• Support day-to-day site operations, ensuring staffing coverage and a positive worker experience.
• Own shift and schedule management, and distribute and manage PPE.
• Identify and drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
