Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site in Dallas to act as the main liaison between our workforce and the client's leadership team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee day-to-day worker support, onboarding, scheduling, and ensure clear communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, a professional demeanor, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• HS diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments such as staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (email and in-person).
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Worker & Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with site supervisors and workers; be the primary relationship owner with supervisors and site contacts.
• On-Site Coordination: Facilitate onboarding, interviews, and start schedules; oversee vetting and onboarding end-to-end.
• Worker Support & Performance: Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate as needed.
• Communication & Reporting: Serve as bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support; relay updates and staffing changes clearly.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and flag performance concerns; handle incident management and escalations.
• Operational Execution: Support day-to-day site operations, staffing coverage, and PPE distribution; manage shifts and schedules; drive account health.
• Account Growth: Identify and pursue wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
