Traba, Inc. is seeking a Customer On-Site to serve as the primary liaison between our workforce and the client's on-site leadership in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate onboarding and scheduling, support workers with clock-ins and pay questions, and maintain clear communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team. This role emphasizes professionalism and bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.
• Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to coach workers.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as primary relationship owner.
• Coordinate worker onboarding, interviews, and start schedules.
• Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback.
• Communicate updates and staffing changes clearly between client site and Traba teams.
• Identify and address worker performance concerns and escalate when needed.
• Support day-to-day site operations, ensure staffing coverage and PPE management.
• Drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
