Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors & Roofing in South Bend, IN is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our local market. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in home improvement and construction industry.
• 2+ years of prior management experience in the same industry.
• Detail-oriented, organized and efficient with no tolerance for errors.
• Strong problem solving to diagnose and complete installations and service calls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all customer contract requirements are properly documented and executed to delight our customers.
• Oversee scheduling and completion of measurements, installations, and service appointments to meet timelines.
• Utilize CRM and inventory systems to manage contracts, appointments, scheduling, inventory, and customer delight programs.
• Provide tools, materials, equipment, and support to installers and technicians for safe, effective work.
• Monitor installation quality and productivity with coaching and training to meet standards.
• Lead in the field by addressing escalated complaints and coordinating with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
• Address employee performance with timely coaching and corrective action.
• Conduct performance reviews focused on development and succession planning.
• Optimize productivity, inventory, equipment, and space to support operations.
• Operate within budget for overtime, purchasing, materials, and expenses.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and customer delight.
• Recruit and manage relationships with subcontracted crews to meet needs and standards.
