Job summary

Feldco Factory Direct in Des Plaines, IL is seeking an Operations Manager for Roofing & Siding to lead daily operations, drive scheduling, purchasing and service excellence. You will direct teams, coordinate crews and ensure projects meet Feldco standards while delivering exceptional customer delight.

Responsibilities include overseeing installation and service activities, managing budgets and personnel, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

5+ years in home improvement/construction.
3+ years in the roofing industry.
2+ years managing employees.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer focus.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of Roofing and Siding divisions.
Schedule and coordinate crews for installations.
Supervise field installations for safety and quality.
Communicate production information to field teams.
Manage division employees and performance reviews.
Ensure contracts and field work meet Feldco standards.
Monitor budgets and pursue productivity improvements.
Maintain safe, fair work environment and policy compliance.
