Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor and represent Traba professionally.
• Polished appearance for customer-facing environments.
• Warm, friendly, and approachable, with ability to coach workers and enforce standards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced warehouse settings.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as primary relationship owner.
• Facilitate worker onboarding, interviews, start schedules; oversee vetting and onboarding end-to-end.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; manage on-site performance.
• Act as the bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams; communicate updates clearly and professionally.
• Identify and flag worker performance concerns or site challenges; handle incidents and escalations.
• Support day-to-day site operations, ensuring staffing coverage and a positive worker experience; oversee shift management and PPE distribution.
• Identify wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
