Job summary

The Operating Engineer at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated maintains and repairs mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in Class A office buildings in the Baltimore/BWI area. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in building or related trades.
• Valid driver's license; travel between client locations required.
• On-site work in Baltimore/BWI area with on-call rotation.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks for building systems.
• Respond to service requests and document work in the CMMS.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and control systems.
• Support on-call rotation and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team and assist with additional projects as needed.
