Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Redmond, WA is seeking an Operating Engineer to maintain and monitor critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and fire/life safety. You will ensure 100% uptime and compliance with service levels under the Engineering Manager’s direction.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, problem analysis, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining detailed logs.

Qualificações

• High School diploma, GED, or technical training/degree.
• 3+ years' experience in facilities operations, maintenance, and engineering.
• Electrical license (01, 07, or 06A) per requirements.
• Technical knowledge of critical environments, HVAC and related infrastructure.
• Proficiency with MS Office and work management processes.
• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
• Commitment to safety and a clean workplace.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and monitor building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and air conditioning equipment.
• Record readings and adjust systems to ensure proper operation.
• Analyze operations to identify and resolve problems with corrective actions.
• Oversee contractor activities and ensure proper communication on critical functions.
• Maintain engineering logs, data sheets, and building rounds records.
• Implement emergency escalation procedures and adhere to engineering guidelines.
