The role requires four years of technical building engineering experience, EPA 608 certification, and ability to perform multi-skilled trades.

On-site work with safety emphasis and CMMS logging.

Qualifications

• HVAC/R systems knowledge and maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification required.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain safety standards and complete required trainings.
• Update work orders in CMMS and communicate status.
