The role requires traveling between properties to address operational needs and emergencies, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes coordination with property management, vendor coordination, and maintaining strong tenant relations across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in building systems preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance and operations.
• Experience managing or servicing multiple properties preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate, monitor, and maintain building systems across multiple sites (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety, BAS).
• Perform preventive maintenance and maintain logs, work orders, and equipment records.
• Travel between properties and coordinate with site management to align maintenance with schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols; handle emergency procedures.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage quotes; support tenant relations.
