Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Office Systems Specialist to service analog and digital copiers, printers, and related devices. The role includes on-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and small-networking tasks.

Travel locally daily, occasionally for training. You will train customers on printing, scanning, copying, and load drivers while maintaining inventory and supporting sales.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical/repair of business equipment.
• Certified on N+ or equivalent; additional IT certifications a plus.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds; valid driver's license; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• On-site maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and customer call assistance on KM MFP and printers (HP, Lexmark).
• Install/de-install equipment; configure and troubleshoot networking on Windows/MAC; load drivers.
• Travel locally daily to customer sites; communicate with customers and management.
• Train customers on basic printing, scanning, copying functions; complete timesheets and expense reports.
• Maintain accurate territory inventory and provide sales support as required.
• Provide sales support and service leads as needed.
