Job summary

Konica Minolta Business Solutions is seeking an In-House Technician to install, repair and maintain analog and digital copiers, facsimiles, multifunction devices and connected products on-site. You will diagnose issues, perform updates, and ensure devices operate at current revision levels.

Candidates should be mechanically adept with good communication, capable of working independently, and comfortable with PCs and related software.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years copier experience.
• High School diploma, Associates Degree or equivalent in electronics.

Responsibilities

• Set up new and refurbished equipment, diagnose, repair and update to current revision/modification levels.
• Test and adjust to specifications using charts, fixtures and manuals.
• PC utilization to flash/update products as necessary.
• Maintain a neat and organized work area.
• Complete technical parts replacement sheets and meet setup time frames.
