Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or transportation operations.
• Familiarity with ocean import processes and CargoWise.
• Ability to follow defined procedures and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ocean import shipments from vessel arrival to final delivery.
• Process and review import documents like bills of lading.
• Enter shipment data in CargoWise and other systems.
• Track customs clearance, port availability, and inland milestones.
• Communicate with steamship lines, brokers, drayage, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. import regulations.
• Identify risks and escalate delays or issues.
• Support billing accuracy and charge validation.
• Handle customer inquiries on shipment status.
• Maintain organized shipment records and documentation.
• Provide support during peak volumes or disruptions.
• All other duties as assigned.
