Job summary

Forward Air Corp. is seeking an International Logistics Coordinator to manage import/export shipments across air, ocean, and ground modes.

The role acts as the central link between customers, carriers, customs brokers, overseas partners, and internal teams to ensure compliant, efficient freight movement from origin to delivery. Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required; Portuguese helpful.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in logistics, import/export operations or freight forwarding preferred.
• Familiarity with freight documentation and customer service principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international import/export shipments across air, ocean, and ground modes.
• Support shipment lifecycle from initiation through customs clearance and final delivery.
• Maintain shipment records in CW1 and other TMS/ERP systems.
• Schedule pickups/deliveries and liaise with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
