Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Property Manager, Multifamily in Bloomington, MN to lead on-site operations and maximize community performance. You will oversee maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and marketing while delivering exceptional resident service and coordinating a cohesive on-site team.

The role requires 3+ years of MF property management, a bachelor’s degree (real estate license preferred), and a Monday–Friday 8am–5pm schedule with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; MN Real Estate License preferred.
• On-site schedule Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, with on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations including maintenance, budgeting, leasing, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing on-site team.
• Manage community budget and financial performance.
• Coordinate leasing and renewals to meet goals.
