Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Associate Property Manager, Multifamily, to support regional operations and lead a high-performing on-site team. You will ensure a market-ready community, oversee maintenance, leasing, budgets, and reporting, and drive resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, budgeting, and leadership skills with travel between properties as needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years in property management are desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Regional Property Manager with overall operations.
• Oversee maintenance, budgeting, leasing and renewals.
• Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects.
• Lead on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
• Manage resident files and budget finances.
