Cushman & Wakefield in Woodbury, MN is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the multifamily portfolio at The Barrington. You will support the Property Manager with daily operations, budgeting, leasing administration, and tenant relations to keep communities market-ready and performing.

You will lead and coach on-site staff, help achieve leasing and marketing goals, and ensure adherence to company policies while delivering superior service to residents and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for property management roles.
• 3+ years of Property Management experience and 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Property Manager with daily operations and budgeting.
• Maintain resident files and ensure market-ready communities.
• Support leasing, marketing, and lease renewals goals.
• Coach on-site staff and model Cushman & Wakefield standards.
