Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a 164-unit multifamily community in Duluth, GA. This on-site role supports the Property Manager with leasing, budgets, and operations. The candidate should excel in customer service and team leadership, with strong experience in property management software.

The schedule includes Saturday shifts and weekday coverage. The role pays a starting $25.00 per hour with benefits and opportunities for additional earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site Multifamily Property Management experience (leasing, renewals, resident service, rent collection).
• Strong preference for bilingual (Spanish/English) communication.
• Experience with Property Management software/systems (Yardi, RealPage, RentCafe, etc.).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma acceptable with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operation of the community in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist Property Manager with maintenance, budgeting, leasing, renewals, and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and prospects to boost satisfaction and renewals.
• Complete lease/renewal paperwork to company standards.
• Support on-site team and ensure Cushman & Wakefield policies are followed.
